Rustic Wine Room Design

Alpentile_MosaicWineVaultweb

A wine room is a sanctuary filled with artifacts.  Each bottle is evidence of appreciation for craftsmanship, devotion to process, and patience.

Typically an intimate space, the wine room presents a unique opportunity for custom details to communicate the special nature of its contents.  Options range from lighting to fine cabinetry, to custom finishes.

In this case, our client wanted an environment that played off her experiences collecting wines from around the world.

The project included two hand made mosaic murals, one mounted in the groin vault ceiling, and a coordinating medallion on the floor at the entry.
